SAGAMORE HILL

Sagamore Hill is a client of Might & Main. Sagamore Hill is a well-appointed neighborhood bar located in a former luxury hotel in Portland, Maine's West End. The stately, handsome space was inspired by the outdoorsman, Rough Rider, and youngest President in U.S. history, Teddy Roosevelt. Presidential cues abound, from vintage campaign posters to honorary cocktails ("The T.R. Julep" is based on Teddy's own 1904 recipe). The brand identity also nods to the executive branch: navy and gold, eagles, crests, and patterns reminiscent of official documents. This is a serious bar that doesn't take itself too seriously — a refreshing and thoughtful addition to the local bar scene.
